Clubhouse Access: If you visit a physical Suits & Sneakers Clubhouse, we may collect basic check-in information for safety and community management.

2. How We Handle Payments & Tickets

We do not store your sensitive financial data on our servers. We partner with industry-leading, PCI-compliant payment providers to ensure your transactions are secure.

Paystack & Yoco: When you pay for a membership or buy merchandise, these partners process your payment. They collect your credit card or banking details to complete the transaction. We only receive confirmation of payment and the basic contact info needed to fulfil your order.
Quicket: For our events, we use Quicket for ticketing. When you book a seat, they collect your information to issue your ticket and manage the guest list. As the event organiser, we have access to this attendee list to ensure you get into the event and receive relevant updates.

3. How Do We Use Your Information?

We process your information to provide and improve our services, including:

Facilitating Events: To manage bookings, verify attendance, and keep you updated on schedules and speakers.
Community Building: To help members connect, share skills, and engage with the Clubhouse ecosystem.

Safety & Security: To keep our digital and physical spaces secure and prevent fraud.
